Product Refunds and Returns

All of our products (Sticks, Stones, DVDs, and Workbooks) are covered by our 30-day hassle-free returns warranty. If you are experiencing a problem, please let us know right away so we can get straight to work helping you. If we have a replacement part in inventory, we will send it to you right away (allowing for normal processing time). If we don’t have a replacement part in stock, we’ll issue a refund upon the return of your purchase. To request a prepaid UPS Ship ticket, simply contact us through info@NayadaUSA.com and we will email one you can print out.

Training Class Refunds

The Nayada Institute of Massage makes every effort to ensure that our classes are conducted as scheduled. Occasionally it becomes necessary to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. If a class is canceled, you will have the option of a full refund or applying your payment towards another class in our curriculum or any of our products.


Destination Training Classes (Costa Rica)

$500 deposits are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw from a destination training class, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Withdrawal more than 45 day prior to the first day of class: Refund of your payment, less $500 deposit.
  • Withdrawal 44 day or less prior to the first day of class: Credit towards other Nayada classes or products, less $500 deposit.

In the unlikely event the class is cancelled for any reason, your deposit can be used for other Nayada classes or products.


All Other Classes

If you need to withdraw from one of our classes prior to the start of the class, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Withdrawal more than 14 days prior to the first day of class: Full refund or credit towards another class or Nayada product of your choice
  • Withdrawal between 8 and 14 days prior to the first day of class: Full amount applied towards another class or Nayada product of your choice
  • Withdrawal between 4 and 7 days prior to first day of class: 50% refund or 50% credit applied towards another class or Nayada product of your choice
  • Withdrawal 3 days or less prior to first day of class: No refund. You may however, send someone in your place at no additional charge.
